AMOP

Asset Management Optimization Process.

These subprocesses cover aspects from foundation, configuration up to operational use of the whole architecture .

Asset Management Optimization Process (AMOP) is designed to review and improve effectiveness of the these functions to support implementation of comprehensive digital platforms. The robustness of such foundation has a critical role as an important requisite for effective digital transformation .

Real time monitoring of degradation and prediction of potential failures of Safety Critical Elements (SCE) and Productivity Critical Elements (PCE), is a critical value created out of applying Artificial Intelligence tools to data generated by PCN and AMOP .

Foundation: Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Reliability Based Inspection (RBI), Asset Integrity Management (AIM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Configuration: Systems and Equipment Criticality , Inspection, Testing and Maintenance Regime (ITM), Technical Competence, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS),

Operational Use: Work Prioritization, Integrated Operations Planning, Shut Down (TAR) Planning, Reliability Improvement.
